“One Minute Hell” from CrossFit Endurance
Either row or jump rope (double unders) for the following:
1 min. on, 1 min. off, 1 min. on, 50 sec. off, 1 min. on, 40 sec. off, 1 min. on, 30 sec. off, 1 min. on, 20 sec. off, 1 min. on, 10 sec. off, then go back up the ladder until you have reached 1 min. on, 1 min. off again.

Rowing has always been one of my goats. “Snapping” the legs down and not hanging out lunged forward really improved my splits. Tried to keep a 150~ish pace throughout but bonked about halfway. First metcon in over 3 weeks so I feel ok with my distance. Great to be back in the box after traveling so much.
Why are you doing the CFE workouts? Aaron jumped down my throat when I said I was going to do them but wasn’t working for any particular race/event. They look like good fun…..
