modified chelsea

“Chelsea”
Each minute on the minute for 30 minutes complete:
5 pull-ups
10 pushups
15 squats

Legs were killing from squats so I basically ended up doing:
3 pullups
6 pushups
9 situps
for the entire 30 minutes.  Did RX the first 7 or so before switching.
